History
Initially only known in Canada and North America, Intercrosse has in the meantime become popular in the whole world, particularly in Europe.
The world association (FIIC) regularly organizes the World Cup and the World Games. The World Games is, because of its team formation a one of a kind tournament. Single players from all over the world are drawn into teams at the beginning of this event.
The focus of attention lies on fun and joy for the game and the contact to other intercrosse players.
Intercrosse has been played in Germany for 20 years and, especially in the past five years, seen an increasing number of members. The number of national tournaments rises from year to year. Teams also get the chance to compete against other teams on an international level.
